The apartment is on the hall floor of a majestic 4 storey house on Court Road, next to Eltham Palace Gates and opposite the entrance to the Blackheath Royal Golf Club. Mottingham main line station is a 3/4 minute walk and trains are fast through to central London.
The apartment is accessed from the main hall, there are three large bedrooms, large lounge and good sized, fully equipped kitchen with white goods supplied. There is a large baclony to the rear of the house overlooking the garden, this is accessed from the lounge. The garden to the rear is huge and each apartment has it's own personal area. If you prefer, you can use the large room adjacent to the balcony as a lounge and have two bedrooms rather than three. The bathroom has loo, wash basin and bath with a shower over it. There is also a separate toilet with wash hand basin. The heating is via a combi gas boiler, there is no double glazing but there are original wooden shutters in some of the rooms.
